Unlocking Relationships, Spirituality and Entrepreneurship.

I'm fascinated by how much this generation is "hustling" we choose to have more than one source of income and the reason has always been chasing entrepreneurship as much as possible. If entrepreneurship is about solving problems than I'm guessing it's safe to say through those problems we are indeed hoping to have a source of income, have some sort of profit after all we have bills to pay. Again I'm fascinated by young people who are creating and building on their business ventures, young people who choose to chase those dreams even though society is not on our side, our parents who are narrow minded, grandparents who just want us to settle for a job and be in the same cycle they were in. I am once again privileged to have met a young driven and ambitious entrepreneur who looks at every opportunity and plans on how to tackle it. I've always said entrepreneurship is within you, the business man/woman lies within you and he/she always comes out to play in your highschool years. Most of us start of by selling sweets, snacks and whatever we feel we could make profit from but most of us don't chase the entrepreneurial us because not only has society chosen not to normalize entrepreneurship but we have also made it seem somehow like taboo for a young person who says they want a business or they have a business venture they want to pursue. Behind every successful woman is a group of women who aspire to be like her, behind her is a group of women who stand by her and support her in every way possible and within her circle is one woman that inspires her to inspire others. I'm very privileged to have met amazing 'female' leaders in my journey of being a young christian. I've met leaders that have inspired me to reach greater heights and I'm grateful (I don't think I'll ever be able to repay you guys but I do know that your presences means a lot to me so for that thank you).  Being a female leader is hard now imagine having to lead at church. Having to lead people who are younger and older than you. Standing in front of a congregation and having to share God's word with confidence even though some people are not for you but you still do it because you honoring God. Being a female leader requires not only attentiveness but consistency and discipline not only in your respective role

I'm still not sure if I define entrepreneurship correctly actually I don't even know if I'm an entrepreneur or not. One of the biggest things that makes me proud to being a millennial is the 'hustling' spirit we have. We never stop at nothing we go for whatever it is that we want even though it seems impossible but we define the odds all the time. I figured let me talk to real entrepreneurs, young people who are shaking things, knocking on every door and seizing every opportunity they get and what better way to do it than to start with Tshepo Phaleso, young entrepreneur doing the most in his community, surroundings and career. Tshepo likes to define himself as not only a go getter but a creative entrepreneur that sells anything and everything, he even sells money (I don't know what that means) his an unstoppable train that keeps moving non-stop. Shuu!, (Take a deep breath I'm about to be deep) *giggles*. I haven't fully understood why they call us millennials or maybe it's because we are spontaneous we do what we want, when we want, how we want it and where we want. As much as we are millennials we also have an amazing generation that comes behind us, generation z better known as "ama2000" they are more wild, risk takers and they never care what society says about them instead they continue like nothing is wrong (this is mostly things society thinks are "bad") you can already imagine what kind of society we live in. A society that has so many things to learn and unlearn (I'm just hoping the right generation gets to path the "right way") I'm a very calm person i do take risks but the millennial inside of me always reminds me to remember about "what people will say" yep! people's perception reigns first in millennials our dignity has always been number o
