Entrepreneurial Corner (part 4 - the branch)

'if you are failing to come up with solutions to solve people's problems then we can't call you an entrepreneur'. Entrepreneurship is the new norm and it seems like that's what everyone wants to strive for but it takes a true entrepreneur who has discovered a problem and is willing to not only find a solution but also be consistent within that solution that they have found.

Kagiso Mphahlele a co-founder of a private company called iGrowGroup. His also an accounting graduate who transitioned his life from the 9-5 norm to being an inspirational speaker and a global coach that helps individuals to find their purpose and live impactful lives.

We all have the entrepreneurship spirit within us it's up to us to let that spirit come to life. In 2019 when Kagiso started co-founding at iGrow Group thats when he realized he had a passion for solving problems, coming up with activities that deal with team building, mentoring and life coaching.

Entrepreneurship has become fashionable within the millennials but few understand the impact of surrounding yourself with not only like-minded people but also with people that share the same passion, zeal, drive and determination as you. It's very important to remember that within entrepreneurship, yes it's about having that business and making money (profit) but the outmost important thing your business needs to be a business that solves the 'now' problems, business that when we think of our problems your company is the first company that pops up in our heads.

When it comes to life coaching, mentoring, team building activities and human development programs it's very rare to find a company doing such. I mean most of the companies out there are companies that provide services that we need but most of them are duplicates which leads to us choosing them according to the star ratings they got on their website (always give proper service you never know what rating a customer will give you).

Kagiso is the future for upcoming businesses that require services that deal with life coaching, mentoring, team building activities and human development in general. Every entrepreneur has a source/s where they fuel themselves up to keep the momentum going (after all you can't be an entrepreneur that doesn't look up to other entrepreneurs)

Q: How do you keep being consistent at what you do?
A: Ongoing self education most particularly knowledge that is relevant to my work (career path) also constantly learning from mentors, engaging with like-minded people and mentoring mentees.

Q: What advice would you give to a young person "wanting" to be an entrepreneur
A: First find your niche, ask yourself what type of problem/s would I like to solve?, what problem/s do I care most about in society? Also associate yourself with people who are on the same mission as you I've done the same thing.

Q: What advice would you give to your  younger self
A: Dear self; you were capable more than you ever thought.

Indeed we are capable of anything if only we put are minds to it. This year marks another great year where we continue to witness Kagiso's journey as he grows bigger and better. He has proven to us that entrepreneurship indeed runs in the blood and if you willing to solve the society's problems then you'll indeed strive.

We no longer look at life coaching as something serious but rather something that will help us better out lives and help us live better lives. Kagiso is still hosting online seminars, online engagements and online coaching catch up with by following him on the socials; Facebook - Coach Kagiso Mphahlele Instagram - Kagiso_mphahlele

Entrepreneurship is the new norm question is are you ready for it?
